CANCELLATION POLICY

LATE ARRIVALS, CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS Late Arrivals: Clients are given a 10-minute grace period. If you anticipate being late, please notify me as soon as possible. Clients who communicate in advance and are no more than 10 minutes late may still be accommodated. Arriving more than 10 minutes late will result in the appointment being canceled, and the full cost of the scheduled service will be charged to the card on file. Please note that notifying me of a delay does not guarantee that your appointment can be accommodated beyond the 10-minute grace period. LATE CANCELATIONS & FAILURE TO ATTEND: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the booked service(s). Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than one hour before the scheduled appointment will result in a charge of 100% of the booked service(s). LATE ARRIVAL RESULTING IN CANCELLATION: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, or notify me of a delay that prevents you from attending your appointment as scheduled, your appointment may be canceled. If the appointment cannot be accommodated and is canceled due to the late arrival or delay, the full cost of the booked service(s) may be charged to the card on file. Providing advance notice of a delay does not automatically waive the cancellation fee. NO-SHOWS: Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment and do not provide notice will be charged 100% of the booked service(s) and may be restricted from future bookings. DEPOSITS: All deposits are non-refundable and are subject to the cancellation terms above. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy and authorize Chanté Beauté to charge the card on file for applicable fees.
